Debbie is the Director of People and Culture at Claims Consortium Group where she has worked for the previous 22 years as an experienced Senior Business People Leader who specialises in Human Resources  “I feel a close affinity with SAV and part of my role is to support the community. I really enjoy assisting in the future strategy of the charity as well as gaining new experiences through my time on the board.”
