Updated statement regarding Covid-19 and workshop delivery

Thursday 19th March, 2020

covid-19
Updated: 19th March 2020

Covid-19 presents a significant challenge to all of us and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify our position in relation to our work during this time.

In order to protect our clients and staff we are committing to the following steps:

  • All SAV staff and contractors have been briefed to self isolate in the event of potential exposure for 14 days, and 7 days if they are symptomatic. This will ensure we protect our clients by reducing potential risk of exposure to potentially infectious individuals.
  • Since the Government mandated school closure we will waiver our cancellation policy and allow the delivery date to be moved without charge. Clients must re-book the delivery date within 3 months but the new date can be up to a year from the original date booked (for example, if you booked for the 1st April 2020 you can re-book for another date up to and including the 1st April 2021).

We do ask that clients re-book rather than cancel to help with our own organisational stability during this difficult time.
