Empowering Employees

We are proud of the business training we’ve developed which works to empower employees to deal with conflict positively, improving the outcome for organisations. Our approach is unique as all profits are reinvested into the charities educational work to prevent violence in our communities.

Conflict, bullying and harassment can be invisible in the workplace, with employees often suffering in silence. Our training develops employees’ skills in handling situations with confidence and enables them to manage conflict before it escalates.

Providing training for an organisation not only helps protect the health and well-being of its workforce but also protects the organisation from the impact of conflict and bullying. Our Conflict Resolution Training develops participants understanding of what workplace conflict is and our Anti-Bullying enables participants to manage situations where they encounter bullying and empower them to play a role in preventing it.

Led by experienced facilitators, our training is engaging and memorable for participants. The course uses group work to explore topics and a range of delivery styles are used to engage all participants making this course easy to relate to. Our training educates, refreshes and re-motivates workers by encouraging them to consider what they can do to reduce conflict in the workplace, therefore improving employee morale and positive well-being.

The training is tailored to individual business needs and we provide a free consultation and needs analysis which enables us to understand each organisation's requirements. For more information please contact us at [email protected]
